Best location, right opposite from the main train and bus station. Close to the old town. And a reasonable price. Roms are clean, there's a tv drawer, minibar fridge, safe in the wardrobe and a bathroom with showers, hairdryer etc...

Staff are magnificent… friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel has great proximity to the station. The hotel is clean and solid and excellent value for money. The air conditioning also worked exceptionally well. You would struggle to find a hotel in this price range where the staff and value is as good. It’s not pretending to be a 5 star hotel but it’s definitely a 5 star effort on service. If you want a good, clean, competitively priced and honest hotel in the town - you must stay here. So many four and five star hotels I’ve stayed at could learn excellent customer service from this team. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The hotel has a great location, one minute from train station, and 10 minutes from the city centre. Staff is very nice and friendly and they make sure that you have everything you need, especially the lady that worked morning shifts on the reception and breakfast. I also got a free room upgrade that made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.

It is a 3-star category hotel but as it exceeded my expectations a gave it 4 stars. The hotel doesn't look impressive from the outside but it is nice, clean and has modern rooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And it's worth the price! The big advantage is it's proximity to the Udine train station. It's maybe 100m away, which is great if you travel by train with luggage. The old city is just a 8-minutes walk away. Thus, I can only recommend the hotel.
